Don't Panic
This is what you should do to "Revise"...
Learning Loop
1. Do a paper and mark it.
2. Work out what you don’t know.
Physics or exam technique
3. Fill the holes in your knowledge.
This is the step which moves your grade

But...
You must also look after yourself!!!!
DON’T PANIC
Know Yourself
Do you get anxious about exams?
That’s normal, exams are stressful and are literally made to test you. However, adverse reactions (like panic/anxiety attacks) to exams are detrimental, and could be holding you back. If you really struggle during exam season, get help, visit your doctor.
Use calming breathing, focusing on expanding your tummy, not your chest, and inhale through your nose for 4, hold for 7, and exhale through your mouth for 8.
Grounding exercises can help with feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Naming 3 things you can see, feel, smell, and/or hear can distract the mind enough that you calm down.
Eat!
Low blood sugar can cause anxiety spikes. If you have long exams, bring in snacks. Make sure they are in a container, not a bag. Don’t want to rustle and disturb others.
Have breakfast!
If it’s an afternoon exam, have a good lunch!
Having a good meal is so important, your brain needs energy and calories to function properly, feed it.
One of the main ways your memories are triggered is by taste and smell, so bring in the same snacks to your exam as you had when preparing for the exam. You might remember more than you think.
Be Kind
When you’re on study leave, looking after yourself becomes another burden. Staying inside all day swamped by work, is not the solution. Don’t give up on things you enjoy. If you have a hobby, sport, extracurricular club, or art that you find value and peace in, continue to do it. It will not only get you out of the house, but it will stop you from spiralling. Your mental health is so important to your grades, and here’s a difference between discipline and punishing yourself. Take breaks, message your friends, listen to the music, read the book, watch the game, watch the movie. Love yourself, so that you appreciate the work you produce.
Look Where You Want To Go
You’re told that when driving, and it rings true for exams too. Wear the right clothes when preparing and taking the exams, and you’ll be in the right headspace. It’s also true for the way you think. Picture yourself succeeding, and you’re more likely to do just that.
What’s The Difference Between Good Exams
and Bad Exams?
Timing, -no really. Making sure you arrive with enough time before your exam starts is imperative. So take the earlier bus, get dropped off with half an hour to spare. You’ll thank yourself later.
Making sure that you’re awake enough is all about timing too. When you’re on study leave, wake up early, go to bed on time, don’t let it creep later and later until you’re nocturnal. You’ll turn up to exams exhausted and unable to get the grade you deserve. I know it sucks, but if you want to get good at something, you’ve got to practice the whole thing, including the bits that suck.
Learning To Let Go
During your preparation for the exams, you pull apart every practice test you do to wring out all the information you need. An excellent skill to have. Once you’ve done your actual exams, you’re unable to do that, but not only are you not able to do it, but it can only hurt you. Spending time dissecting exams you no longer have control over is a practice in futility. Take your mind off it. Focus on the next thing, be it your next exam, or next meal. You’ve done all you can, and that’s all anyone can ask of you. Let go.
Give Yourself A Silver Lining
School is hard, exams are hard, and being on study leave and doing it all by yourself is even harder. By the end you’ll have done masses and masses of work. That deserves a reward. Give yourself the present of something you genuinely enjoy and can look forward to. When exams are over, you will have 100% earned it.
